No—the two fittings identified by Z-RAM support on the 0.2 L ON/OFF HPA bottle-and-regulator combination are burst discs, not routine bottle drains. Their purpose is pressure safety, rather than a control for emptying the bottle.
Why there can be two safety discs
Z-RAM describes protection for internal and external pressure. In general paintball-regulator terminology, these are two different sides of the system: the bottle side and the downstream side toward the marker. The Ninja PRO V3 manufacturer manual explains bottle protection and downstream overpressure protection. That explains the safety roles; it does not establish replacement parts or ratings for a Z-RAM regulator.
Do not confuse the disc with the fill nipple
The separate Z-RAM 800 PSI regulator lists a pressure gauge, a filling nipple with a microfilter, and burst discs as distinct components. “Filling nipple” and “burst disc” are not interchangeable names for the same fitting.
The 0.2 L combination is a bottle supplied with an 1100 PSI regulator and an integrated ON/OFF slide valve. That ON/OFF feature does not turn the pressure-safety discs into ordinary operating controls.
If you cannot identify a fitting on your own regulator, have the exact model and its markings checked by Z-RAM or a qualified air-system technician. Do not loosen an unidentified fitting to find out what it does. The support identification above is not a way to identify every regulator by the number or appearance of its fittings.
