The Z-RAM quick-piercing system holds two 12 g CO2 capsules unpierced until deliberate activation. Its outlet uses the same thread as a normal 88 g CO2 capsule, so HDX68/TX68 is a typical application rather than an exclusive limit. It can also be considered for another setup that accepts a normal 88 g capsule when there is enough physical space and every separate system requirement is met.
How the two-capsule system works
Two 12 g capsule positions are built into the adapter. The capsules stay unpierced before activation and are pierced on demand by the mechanism. This separates storage from activation; it does not increase projectile capacity and does not by itself prove any pressure or performance result.
The product record lists a length of 220 mm and a weight of 240 g, and the 12 g capsules are not included. Those dimensions matter because the broader 88 g-thread compatibility still depends on enough room for the complete assembly.
Why it is not exclusive to HDX68/TX68
The outlet thread matches the interface of a standard 88 g CO2 capsule. That interface—not the HDX68/TX68 name alone—is the reason the system can be considered in other qualifying configurations. Direct use requires a normal 88 g connection and sufficient space for the 220 mm assembly.
A second route uses the existing Z-RAM ASA-to-88-g adapter. That adapter converts a normal ASA connection to the required 88 g thread, so it can provide the connection path where the surrounding setup, clearances and operating approvals also fit.

What the interface does not prove
The shared 88 g thread does not establish a Joule value, pressure setting, shot count or safe operating limit. It also does not transfer HDX68/TX68 marker-specific instructions to another platform. Treat the interface relationship and the receiving marker's requirements as separate evidence.
