For a First Strike FSC or PepperBall TCP, start with the Z-RAM 32 mm barrel cover if your barrel is 5.12 inches, or the 72 mm cover if it is 7 inches. Those are the current ideal pairings, not exclusive barrel-length requirements: Z-RAM lists both shrouds for longer and shorter FSC/TCP barrels as well.
The decision is between two exterior covers, not two replacement barrels. Your existing barrel length gives you a useful starting point; the appearance you prefer helps you choose between the offers.

Choose around the barrel you already have
Use the pairings above as a starting point, then compare the product photographs for the exterior look you want. The larger cover is a different layout choice, not automatically an upgrade.
A barrel outside those two ideal lengths does not, by itself, rule either cover out. The descriptions expressly allow other lengths, so there is no reason to replace an otherwise suitable FSC/TCP barrel simply to match the headline pairing. If your particular combination leaves you uncertain about fit, confirm that combination before ordering. What is the same in both offers?
Both shrouds are described as lightweight, 3D-printed PLA parts. Each offer contains one cover and one mounting screw. The material and supplied-part list therefore do not create a separate premium-versus-basic choice: you are selecting the cover version for your setup.
Neither offer is a marker-and-barrel bundle. The 72 mm listing explicitly identifies the pictured marker and barrel as reference items, and the 32 mm listing supplies the cover and screw, not the marker. If you are building a shopping list from a product photograph, keep those separately owned parts out of the cover's included contents.
Older video wording and current product names
The 2023 presentation calls the smaller cover ideal for a 5.5-inch barrel; today's 32 mm product specifies 5.12 inches. Follow the current product description for the pairing when ordering.
The long cover's product URL still contains “40mm”, while its current title and description identify the offer as the 72 mm shroud. Follow the current product name when choosing between these two offers; the text in the URL does not identify a third option here.
In short, choose between the two current covers using your barrel's stated length and your preferred exterior appearance, then check the offer's contents.
