The Z-RAM Complete Stainless Steel Firing Bolt Assembly Set is approved by Z-RAM for First Strike FSC, PepperBall TCP and Tiberius T8.1/T9.1. It brings the chamber, plug, firing bolt, pins, screws and seals together in one replacement set. Its main documented proposition is the CNC-machined steel construction and durability focus—not a guaranteed number of extra joules.
Why a complete assembly is different from a chamber alone
A chamber-only purchase changes the scope of the order, not the contents of the full set. This assembly includes one steel chamber, one steel plug, one stainless-steel firing bolt, one Power Pin/export valve, one firing pin and two stainless-steel screws. The supplied sealing parts include the valve-stem, chamber-outer and chamber-cap O-rings.
The included components do not need to be ordered separately for the same set. The set is also not a complete marker, barrel or air-supply package. That leaves a clear choice between replacing the associated internal components together and buying a particular chamber for a different, already identified need.
The material benefit without an automatic energy promise
Z-RAM positions the CNC-machined steel parts as an alternative to the original aluminum parts for durability and repeated use. Its own chamber presentation explains that material rationale and identifies the steel chamber and plug. The claim is about the construction of the parts; it does not prove that an original aluminum component is already faulty or that every marker will fail without this set.
Nor does the presence of a Power Pin turn the assembly into a fixed-Joule package. The complete system, including the gas supply, valve behavior and projectile, determines the resulting output. Keep a measured result tied to the actual test configuration rather than assigning a whole-marker figure to each part in the box.
FSC XP is a separate compatibility question
The older assembly and its individual components are not currently confirmed for FSC XP. That means the fit is unresolved, not that incompatibility has been demonstrated. Approval for the older FSC, TCP, T8.1 and T9.1 scope remains in place.
By contrast, the separate Extra Long ASA chamber explicitly names FSC and FSC XP. It is an AL7075 product with a different package and should not be used to infer FSC XP approval for the steel assembly. A later practical test or explicit product-specific confirmation can change an individual component’s status without approving all the other parts automatically.
