Killer Spikes .68 are confirmed by Z-RAM for normal drum fit in the Umarex T4E HDR68/TR68. The listed black offer contains 20 projectiles at approximately 2.5 g each. A Z-DRUM is not required simply because you are choosing Killer Spikes; that accessory solves the separate length requirement of Z.68s.
The drum statement is product-specific
HDR68 and TR68 are regional names for the matching .68 revolver platform. The current Killer Spikes listing specifies a 17.3 mm diameter and a pointed profile. Diameter alone does not describe the space required by every shaped projectile, which is why the named drum-fit statement is more useful than a broad “.68 compatible” label.
Z-RAM distinguishes this normal HDR68/TR68 drum compatibility from front-loading use on other .68 platforms. That is not a claim that Killer Spikes feed through every .68 magazine. An unfamiliar marker still needs its own applicable instructions and exact product confirmation.
Why Z.68s and the Z-DRUM are a different question
The longer Z.68s projectiles do not fit the standard HDR68/TR68 drum. Z-RAM’s deeper Z-DRUM is made for that different projectile-length requirement. A different shaped projectile being sold for the same revolver does not make that drum mandatory for the Killer Spikes covered here.

Shape, weight and material describe different things
Shape, material, mass and feed fit describe different aspects of a projectile. The approximate 2.5 g value is a product specification, not a prediction of the revolver’s muzzle energy. The Killer Spikes listing limits them to target shooting and says never to use them against people or animals. They are not a substitute for approved game paintballs.
