“3000 PSI” on an HPA bottle and “1100 PSI” on its regulator are not competing descriptions of the same pressure. The bottle label concerns stored compressed air; the regulator label concerns the regulated output supplied downstream. The current Z-RAM 0.2 L bottle-and-regulator listing therefore identifies both a 200 bar / 3000 PSI bottle and a fixed 1100 PSI output.
Read each number with the component it describes
The bottle holds the air supply. Its stated pressure rating is a limit for that bottle, not a promise that the same pressure is delivered beyond the regulator. The regulator's preset output describes the pressure on the other side of that regulating component. An output label does not replace the bottle rating.
The volume is a third, separate measurement. “0.2 L” describes the bottle's volume; it is neither a pressure rating nor an output setting. Keeping volume, storage pressure and output pressure in separate columns makes a crowded product title easier to read.
Two 0.2 L offers make the distinction visible
| Listed system | Bottle volume | Listed bottle rating | Preset regulator output |
|---|---|---|---|
| 0.2 L bottle with 1100 PSI regulator | 0.2 L | 200 bar / 3000 PSI | 1100 PSI, fixed |
| 0.2 L bottle with 800 PSI regulator | 0.2 L | 200 bar / 3000 PSI | 800 PSI, preset |
Both offers carry the same nominal bottle-rating pair, but their regulator outputs differ. That is why searching only for “0.2 L 3000 PSI” is not enough to distinguish the complete systems. Conversely, seeing 1100 PSI in a title does not identify a different storage rating from the 3000 PSI bottle listed beside it.
The labels do not select a suitable output for your equipment
These figures explain what is being sold; they do not establish that either output is appropriate for every marker, adapter or air line. Match the equipment's own requirements rather than choosing the larger output number as an upgrade.
The 800 PSI system's instructions specify certified air sources and say not to exceed 200 bar. The paired 200 bar / 3000 PSI wording above reproduces the nominal product labels, not an exact unit conversion or permission to exceed a marked limit. Follow the bottle's actual markings and instructions. This comparison is about identifying storage and output pressure, not a filling procedure or a regulator-adjustment guide.
