Introducing the next Z.68 projectile
Daniel welcomes you to the Z-RAM YouTube channel. Today, he would like to introduce the developments in the Z.68 projectiles. You probably already know the Z.68; this is now the Z.68v2 projectile.
What changed while the weight stayed at 8.5 g?
As you can already see, it is a little rounder at the sides, and the tip is a little sharper. The curves offer the advantage that there is less chance of it getting stuck in the barrel and magazine. The advantage of the more pointed tip is, of course, self-explanatory. The curves at the sides also have the advantage of less friction in the barrel compared with the earlier projectiles. The earlier projectile has much more surface rubbing along the barrel than this one. This one has a much smaller surface rubbing in the barrel. The weight of the Z.68v2 is the same: 8.5 g.
The Z.68s, magazine and Z-Barrel plans at that time
Z-RAM is already developing another version: the Z.68s projectile. It will look essentially the same, but it will be a little longer and therefore more pointed. The Z-RAM magazine, also currently in production, will be necessary for this.

The Z-Barrel will also be necessary to use the Z.68s projectile because it can accommodate the longer projectiles.
The demonstration before MagMode was ready
For now, loading is as usual: there is no MagMode in this magazine yet. The MagMode prototype is already in print. It will be 3D printed, and as soon as it is finished, Daniel can introduce it to you. At the moment, the first projectile is still placed upright, and five more projectiles can then be loaded easily. Now for another short shooting test.
