In Z-RAM's FSC/TCP video, barrel cover and shroud refer to the same exterior accessory; the earlier presentation also calls it a compensator. That does not make it the separate steel muzzle brake sold for matching threaded barrels. For a First Strike FSC or PepperBall TCP, choose by the actual part and its attachment details, not by treating those video names as interchangeable shop categories.
This distinction matters when you have seen a finished marker in a film and want just one piece from it. A cover changes the exterior around the barrel; the muzzle-brake listing describes a separate threaded component. The two offers below are compared to help identify the part, not presented as a pair you need to buy.
Why the video uses three names for one cover
The earlier Z-RAM clip introduces its part as a “compensator or shroud or barrel cover,” then shows the cover family. A later FSC/TCP clip uses “barrel cover shroud.” Both help identify the exterior-cover product, even though the wording differs.
When following that older presentation into the current shop, look for the cover's current title and photograph. The word compensator in that particular clip is not enough to select another product or to establish a recoil, accuracy or power effect. The useful connection is the identity of the accessory being presented.
Compare the actual parts

Those attachment descriptions are a more reliable way to distinguish the offers than their shared position near the front of a marker. The cover's mounting screw is not a claim that it uses the muzzle brake's 22×1.5 interface. Likewise, “FSC” on both pages does not turn the two components into substitutes with the same fitting requirements.
Follow the branch that answers your question
If you want the exterior cover shown in the Z-RAM clips, the cover offer is the relevant starting point. If you mean the separate steel muzzle brake, its listed thread and bore belong to that product. The .684 muzzle-brake guide covers that interface question. A photograph of a similar-looking front end is not a substitute for identifying the barrel and the exact part.
The practical distinction is simple: match the name used in the film to the current product, then check that product's own attachment description. That avoids ordering a threaded component when you wanted a cover—or choosing an exterior cover when you meant the separate muzzle-brake offer.
