The Z-RAM Z-DRUM is confirmed for the Umarex T4E HDR68/TR68 and has deeper chambers for the longer Z.68s projectiles. Z.68s do not fit the original HDR68/TR68 drum because of their greater length, while the Z-DRUM also accepts standard .68 projectiles.
Why Z.68s need a different drum
Caliber alone does not describe projectile length. Z.68s share the .68 caliber but are longer than ordinary round projectiles, so the standard HDR68/TR68 drum cannot accommodate them. The Z-DRUM changes the chamber depth for this feed requirement.
This is a specific magazine-geometry decision, not a general claim that every shaped .68 projectile will feed in every .68 marker. Other projectile shapes and other feed systems need their own confirmation.
What is included and what is reused
The product listing includes one black flexible TPU Z-DRUM. The metal driver wheel is not included and must be transferred from the original drum. Check the current listing and the condition of the original driver before planning the assembly.
The flexible TPU body is described as holding the projectiles securely while supporting ejection. Inspect each chamber and the reused driver for damage, distortion or contamination before use.

- Confirmed platform: Umarex T4E HDR68/TR68 in .68 caliber.
- Confirmed long projectile relationship: Z.68s require the deeper Z-DRUM.
- Confirmed general feed: standard .68 projectiles can be used in the Z-DRUM.
- Required reused component: the original metal driver wheel.
- Not established: compatibility with a different marker or every possible shaped .68 projectile.

The video concerns the related Z-RAM approach to accommodating longer Z.68s in a suitable feed component. The written HDR68/TR68 Z-DRUM compatibility remains supported by the owner decision and exact product record.
Before installation
Follow the current product and marker instructions, keep the marker unloaded and depressurized, and verify that the original driver is installed correctly. Rotate and inspect the drum by hand only as permitted by the manufacturer before carrying out a controlled function check with suitable projectiles.
The HDR68/TR68 ammunition guide helps distinguish drum-fed, muzzle-loaded and unsupported projectile paths.
The buying decision
Choose the Z-DRUM when the exact HDR68/TR68 platform and longer Z.68s feed requirement are confirmed and the original metal driver is available. Do not buy it only because another platform or projectile carries a .68 label.
